This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") supplements our Terms of Service and governs your use of our Services, including both Inputs and Outputs, whether used directly or indirectly. This Policy is designed to ensure that our technology is used in a safe, lawful, and respectful manner that supports individual and collective well-being. It applies to all users, customers, and third parties authorized to access the Services on a customers' behalf.

Prohibited Uses

  1. Harm or Exploit Minors

    • Create, share, or promote any material that exploits, sexualizes, or harms minors.
    • Target minors with inappropriate, explicit, or violent content.
    • Engage in or facilitate bullying, harassment, or grooming of minors.
    • Compromise the well-being of children or young people in any context.
  2. Engage in Deceptive or Misleading Activity

    • Impersonate individuals or entities, including public figures or political candidates, without explicit permission. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all the necessary rights, consents, and legal authorities for any Inputs that you provide when using our Services. Any Outputs that intentionally replicate the voice of another person must not be used:
      • Without the individual's clear, affirmative consent;
      • To mislead others into believing the individual took actions or made statements they did not authorize;
      • To harass, defame, or cause harm to the individual;
      • In a manner intended to deceive others about whether the individual's voice was generated by AI.
    • Use our Services to create false, misleading, or disinformation content that could harm the public’s well-being.
    • Bypass safety mechanisms or engage in inauthentic or manipulative behavior.
  3. Violate Laws or Rights

    • Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
    • Engage in or facilitate illegal trade, such as in drugs, weapons, or human trafficking.
    • Provide unauthorized or unverified legal, financial, or medical advice that could negatively impact someone’s well-being.
  4. Create or Disseminate Harmful Content

    • Promote violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination.
    • Encourage self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide.
    • Harass, defame, or shame individuals, particularly in ways that could harm their mental or emotional well-being.
    • Undermine individual dignity or community well-being.
  5. Interfere with Systems or Users

    • Access or attempt to access networks or systems without authorization.
    • Deploy malware, surveillance tools, or engage in data scraping.
    • Use automated systems (e.g., robocalling or spamming) to disrupt services or impair user well-being or access.
  6. Manipulate or Abuse the Service

    • Exploit tokens/credits or create fake accounts to circumvent restrictions.
    • Use the Services for political campaigning, lobbying, or soliciting donations in ways that compromise electoral integrity or public well-being. This includes voter suppression, impersonation of political candidates and elected government officials, and any disinformation campaigns associated with the political or election process.
    • Commercialize or sublicense Outputs without permission.
    • Use Outputs for training or improving other AI systems without prior authorization, especially if resulting in outputs that threaten human well-being.
  7. Other Requirements

    • Disclosure: If AI agents are used, clearly disclose to end users that they are interacting with AI, to support transparency and user well-being.
    • Human Review: Any Outputs used for critical advice (legal, financial, medical) must be reviewed by a qualified professional to ensure safe and responsible use that protects the well-being of users.
  8. Enforcement

    Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. We may report illegal content to authorities where appropriate. This Policy is enforced at our discretion and is subject to change.
